    • 40g Quaker Jumbo Oats
    • 80g low fat vanilla yoghurt
    • 25g low fat cream cheese
    • 100ml skimmed milk
    • 1tsp honey
    • 2tsp chia seeds
    • 4-5 sliced strawberries
    • Pinch of salt
    • Optional topping: 1tsp crushed caramelised biscuit

Preparation

  • Mix your Quaker Jumbo Oats with all your ingredients in a bowl.
  • Transfer your combined mixture into a container of your choice.
  • Place in the fridge overnight and let the Jumbo Oats absorb all the delicious flavours.
  • For an extra crunch, why not sprinkle with caramelised biscuit? Serve and enjoy!
