Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 40g
    • Low-fat semi skimmed milk 120g
    • Low fat Greek yogurt 60g
    • Blueberries 40g
    • Honey 1 tsp

Preparation

  • Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, and add in blueberries and Greek yogurt.
  • Sweeten by topping with honey before refrigerating.
  • Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  • Rise, shine, and enjoy!
