    • Quaker Oats 40g
    • Semi skimmed milk 120g
    • Reduced sugar blueberry jam 1 tbsp
    • Lemon rind 1 tsp
    • Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp
    • Blueberry 45g


  • Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, and layer blueberry jam, blueberries, vanilla, and lemon rind.
  • Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  • Enjoy when you wake!
