Ingredients

    • Gluten Free Quaker Oats 40g
    • Water 240ml
    • Low fat Greek yoghurt 150g
    • Chopped strawberries 30g

Preparation

  • Mix the oats and water together in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  • Simmer for 4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and combine with the yoghurt and strawberries.
  • Mix well and serve.
